Terms & Conditions

Webinar Terms & Conditions as of 1 July 2024

The said webinar is organised and presented by Tenthpin Solutions AG (hereinafter “Tenthpin”). 

All best efforts will be made to ensure that the Webinar takes place on the advertised date and time. In the event that this is not possible, an alternative date and time will be scheduled.  

Content and features may be added to or withdrawn from the Webinar at Tenthpin’s discretion. 

By registering for a Webinar, the consent is given for registration details to be provided to Microsoft Teams for the purpose of setting up the Webinar. You can view Microsoft Teams Event Registration Site Terms of Service here

It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the internet connection and other facilities which comply with the technical requirements specified by Tenthpin, if any. Tenthpin shall not be held liable or have any obligation towards the participants, should the Webinar delivery be disrupted due to issues with the internet connection or other facilities, experienced by the participants or the presenters. 

Unless otherwise indicated by the presenters, Tenthpin owns copyright in the content and materials presented, referenced or shared during the Webinar and in preparation for it. Webinar is to be attended or viewed by the registered participants only; it must under no circumstances be recorded, reproduced or distributed. 

The Microsoft Teams facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the Webinar to be recorded. By joining a Webinar, each participant consents to such recordings and confirms his/her understanding and consent that Tenthpin owns copyright in such recordings and is free to use it or any part of it at its discretion. 

It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she does not share any confidential, personal or other proprietary information during the Webinar. 

Tenthpin shall not be liable for any damages of any kind in any way resulting from or arising in connection with the Webinar or the failure to provide the Webinar. 

Delivery of the Webinar and the relationship between Tenthpin and the participants shall be governed by Swiss law without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any and all claims, causes of action or disputes arising out of or relating to the Webinar or the relationship between Tenthpin and the participants, shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Basel, Switzerland
