$20+B Life Science business acquires 2 global Animal Health businesses
We partnered to roll-in the acquired 2 global animal health businesses to implement the existing SAP global template. Existing business processes, local legal and regulatory solutions were adopted by the acquired operations. The effort centered around three main themes: process adoption, data conversion and organizational change management. A global, regional and local project structure was utilized to execute this project in multiple waves across 27 months and 50+ countries.
$1B Specialty Pharma acquires $2B branded Pharma
Global post-merger business integration of branded pharmaceuticals business into specialty pharma tripling the existing business volume. Deployment of IFRS enabled by SAP’s “New GL” across all operating entities. Developed global operating model and process definition. Established interim financials integration for the newly acquired legal entities, including tax model transformation. Implemented SAP in 11 countries within 9 months using our revolutionary deployment approach. The project finished ahead of the TSA deadline.
$5B Animal Health business divested from $50+B Life Science business
Animal Health company was divested from large life science company. This company had to stand-up their own SAP global template and then implement the SAP system across 60 countries supporting various enterprise functions in a time frame of 30 months. Halfway through the TSA the client realized a new partner was needed. We engaged on the program and had to implment 50+ countries in 15 months across 6 continents. To significantly reduce the risk of missing the timelines, we used our revolutionary deployment approach. Using our regional teams and 200 on the ground local consultants, the project met the TSA deadline.
