HANA upgrade for Global Medical Device
We served as the program management role to upgrade existing database to Business Suite on HANA. We helped ensure that the visibility was greater than just a technical upgrade and provided transparent project management to all IT and business stakeholders. A project plan was created to support in flight projects and current releases across all divisions and countries. We worked across multiple workstreams to understand all impact assessments and identify all change impacts to minimize the freeze window and impacts to the business during go-live. We were able to work with and integrate multiple vendors into our program project plan to support existing code remediation and to capture all of the technical aspects of the upgrade.
